Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with any original tags attached and in the condition in which it was received. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hello@santiharper.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Change of mind, size or fit

For an eligible change-of-mind, size or fit return, you are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service because the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and photographs where helpful. Once confirmed, we will provide a return method or reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellations

For most online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. Our voluntary 30-day return period does not reduce your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will confirm when your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. For a full cancellation covered by your statutory rights, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option; any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, as permitted by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges and exceptions

At launch, the quickest way to change a size or style is to return the original item and place a new order. Personalised or made-to-your-specification items cannot usually be returned for change of mind, unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable, subject to your statutory rights.
