These terms apply when you use santiharper.com or buy from us. The website and store are operated by SANTI HARPER LTD (company number 16876727), registered at 355 Allesley Old Road, Coventry, CV5 8FP, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@santiharper.com.

Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and scale may vary slightly depending on your device, and handmade, printed or embroidered items can have minor production variations. All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or change a product before an order is accepted.

Orders and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send confirmation that we have accepted the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded.

Please check your delivery address, size, colour and other order details before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee a change once production or dispatch has begun.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before you place your order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We are not VAT registered.

Delivery

We currently launch with UK delivery. Delivery options, charges and estimated timings will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Some products are made or decorated to order, so the estimate may include both production and carrier time. We will contact you if there is a material delay. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Intellectual property

The Santi Harper name, logos, elephant artwork, product designs, photographs, written content and website materials belong to SANTI HARPER LTD or are used with permission. You may view the website and make copies for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, adapt or use our intellectual property commercially without written permission.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and fulfilment providers. Those providers may process information needed to deliver their services, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and policies apply.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms published when your order is accepted will apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies where you live.
