Shipping policy

UK delivery

Santi Harper currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom. Available delivery services, charges and estimated timings will be shown on the product page or at checkout before you place an order.

Production and processing

Most Santi Harper garments are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 working days for UK delivery. This estimate includes production and carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Dispatch and tracking

We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves the fulfilment facility. Tracking details will be included where the chosen service provides them. Orders containing more than one item may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery name, address and postcode are correct before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch has begun.

Delays, loss or damage

If an order is materially delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@santiharper.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment and delivery partners and keep you informed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

International delivery

International delivery is not available at launch. We will update this policy before adding further destinations.
